Yeah, more fucking real trap shit. But this shit is tight as fuck -- I know (and the web stats show) that we have a fair amount of DJs in the building here at the Premonitions blog, and I'm of 110% certainity that they, among others, will enjoy this.
Long story short, the workday is over; knock a shitty beer back and blare this shit in your living room while you pretend like you aren't a white kid from suburban America.

I always love a bit of rip your face off music, and like to balance my sonic palette with a fair bit of it on the daily. Fortunately for all of us, Widowmaker comes in with a giant remix of one of my favorite tunes: Badklaat's Freq Skank. This song has been remixed to holy fuck, but this is one that'll really grab you by the genitalia and remind you why you sprung for the Dell speakers with the subwoofer. Free download below the fold.

It's Tuesday night and you need something to get you through homework. I understand, and we're here to help -- Delshad, a DJ/Producer from SoCal brings a giant deep-house mix to the table. Floating in and out of obscure and rising tracks, this mix will help you keep in dark.

Now I can't lie, I'm getting pretty damn sick of this trap phenomena going on in America right now. However, as with anything, a new emergering (resurging?) genre of music can always lead to some good stuff too, and Araabmuzik is some of the good shit. Give this one a listen, deep, haunting, and definetely 'REAL TRAP SHIT'.
Get to know AWE, I'm not gonna keep saying shit about him because you should probably already know. Regardless, check this shit out, fresh within two hours!

welcome to premonitions. lets relax a little bit.
A little known producer by the name of AWE starts us off -- AWE lays lowkey in LA for most of his time, but lately has been getting rinsed out on the regular by the likes of Plastician on RINSE FM. If the rest of his music is anything like this, he'll be big.
With little description and even less information on his profile, JacM comes in with a riduclously verbed out and slowed down 'future-garage' bit. With haunting piano floating in and out, and reversed and deeply reverbed pads rattling around in your cranium, it's hard to deny a slight bit of emotion seeping out of the speakers during this one.
Sam Tiba is a cheeky, lowdown, talented as fuck man -- the every so aptly titled track quickly explodes into a journey into alternate rhythmatic patterns and sound design, and the upbeat breaths on the refrain remind me just enough of a little bit of BTSU/Jasmine that I couldn't help but enjoy.
Marlz is the alternate ego of midwest centered Ghostscience Bass, and what an alter ego it is; his normal project is loud and rambuncous trap and dubstep centered music, whereas this Marlz project breaks out into a delicate and sweet interlude that transforms in and out of obscurity over the course of the song.
be easy, with love
